As always when we explain some system to do something we want to make it clear that it is the one that works best for me and this does not mean that it is the best. We’ve always thought that there is not one way to do things and maybe that’s why I’m looking for books, magazines and the internet. When we find something that we think can be interesting, we try it, if we like it, we adopt it, and if we do not like it, then we continue doing it as before. And that is what we advise all of you. Try everything you think you can do well, but if it does not work, do it your way.  Best quilting machines 2018 are ahead. Read, select and buy!

Best quilting machines 2018 after this roll, let’s cut to the chase. The first two that we padded were made with the traditional system that we had been taught, that is, by rolling them on both sides and even holding them with rings. We had a terrible time, there was no way to handle them and they were also big, one of 270×270, and the other of 175×270 with two layers of wool wadding!!!! We assure you that we thought we would never quilter again.  So we started looking for information online and we were taking advice from one place and another.

And this is the system that we use for best quilting machines 2018:

A long table leaning against the wall, we put the machine in the narrow part of the table and I attach the other end of the wall. Thus, as the quilt progresses, instead of falling, it becomes wrinkled and it costs less to make it run. Wide the surface of the quilting table that comes with the machine and that is very small, with books. we already showed it to you in “Addictions”. we use the best quilting machines 2018 because apart from having 24 volumes, which give a lot, they are the ideal measure: 2 volumes measure the same as the table of the machine. Obviously, there are better options, such as having the machine embedded in the table and thus have the entire surface or have a larger quilting table, which can be made to measure, but takes up space when not used and books, and then there they are on your shelf for when they are needed.

Instead of rolling the quilt we fold it and leave it flat, both the one that remains outside the machine and the one that passes through the arm. The more elevated surface we have more open we can leave it and we can move it better. Instead of putting the quilt over my shoulder, we bend it to an accordion and put it on my skirt. To facilitate its advance we form a kind of wrinkle at a certain distance from the needle so that it does not stretch and as it advances, which usually coincides with the moment in which the hands have to be repositioned, we create another wrinkle. If the quilt is very big or we get tired of having it in the skirt, we leave it lying on the floor, as we have the “wrinkle”.
